At Foundation Fitness & Nutrition, you have three plans to choose from to meet your fitness and movement goals. This adjustable system allows you to pick the level that fits your needs and lifestyle. And as things change for you, you can select a different level of support.
Online Personal Training
Whether you’re beginning a fitness routine, have a specific goal, or have had a difficult time reaching your goals, this choice will provide all that’s needed for success.
I use the innovative app, Trainerize, to deliver a personalized progressive exercise routine and schedule for you. All of the workouts, along with instructional videos, are in the app. You’ll get reminders when it’s time for a workout, and you can adjust the schedule as needed.
Online Personal Training includes:
- an initial assessment and evaluation over Zoom
- access to me through the app for questions and support
- a monthly 15-minute Zoom call with me to evaluate progress, go over new goals, strategize challenges, and to address any concerns
- weekly mindset & motivation texts to keep you going
- availability to answer any immediate questions
This high level of training helps keep you accountable as you progress through your workouts and is perfect for helping you set, reach, and celebrate your goals.

Virtual Fitness Membership
At this membership level, you’ll enjoy access to three live virtual fitness classes each week at 9:30am PST on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays via Zoom. You can attend as many as you like all month long.
Monday Class - Strength Training
Wednesday Class - Pilates/Yoga Fusion
Friday Class - Alternating Weeks of Cardio Kickboxing & Core and High-Intensity Interval Training & Core (HIIT)
I’ve designed the classes to use whatever you have around the house: soup cans, water bottles, weights, or your own bodyweight. Participants are free to have their video on or off during each session. I include modifications for exercises so that you can work at your comfort and safety level.

On-Demand Fitness Membership
This membership choice is perfect for those who just need a little support and a lot of variety. With access to a library of more than 80 pre-recorded videos, you can choose the movement that feels right on any given day and enjoy it on your schedule.
You can watch these videos at home or the gym for a perfect workout wherever you are. I add up to 12 new videos each month, giving you plenty of options. You’ll have access to everything from cardio to strength training to Pilates-Yoga fusion. Videos also include modifications to ensure you can exercise safely at your level of comfort.

Nutrition Coaching
Are you looking for some support, guidance, and cheerleading in your nutrition choices? This membership is perfect for just that. There is no shame or blame when you work with me for nutrition training. I’m not going to give you a list of banned foods.
Instead, you get science-backed information and knowledge to help guide your eating plans as you work toward your goals. When combined with one of the fitness memberships, this option gives you an excellent path to success.
