If you enjoy the fun of guided fitness classes but would rather not head to a gym, then this membership is for you. You’ll have access to live classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning and can join as many as you like each month.

HIIT & Core and Kickboxing & Core 

These classes do not require you to have special equipment at home to participate. Instead, I design the workouts to use whatever you have available, even if it’s just your own body weight. If you happen to have some weights or resistance bands, I can show you how to incorporate those, too.


I want participants to feel completely comfortable, so you can choose to have your video on or off. And during each class, I offer exercise modifications you can use for your fitness level and needs. 


When you like the idea of a live class setting but don’t want to travel to the gym, this membership is perfect. I’ll be right on screen, cheering you on and guiding your workout. You don’t need to have a dedicated fitness room in your home or high-end equipment. If you have a way to join us online and a willingness to give it a try, you’re all set!
