Everywhere you look, there is someone telling you what you can or can’t eat to get your so-called perfect body.
They’re all wrong.
The perfect body is the one that you have. No matter how you are feeling right now, your body can be strong, energetic, and comfortable without having to follow complicated rules or adhere to lists of banned foods.
Nutrition is a critical part of your wellness, but it needs to become an intuitive and mindful piece of your daily life. I will work with you to build thoughtful food choices into your habits so that you can enjoy the nourishment you need, without rules or shame. Food isn’t a reward or a punishment. It is simply a tool that keeps your body functioning the way you want it to for your life.

During monthly nutrition coaching, you have me as your advocate and expert to help you build an eating plan that you can sustain and enjoy. I will take into account your:
- Food Preferences and Aversions
- Food Allergies
- Work Schedule
- Current Habits
- Level of Cooking Experience
With all of these factors in mind, I can guide you to foods and meals that are satisfying, simple, and nutritionally sound as you work to meet your goals. We can discuss mindset and motivation because, as with any new plan or habit-building, there will be stumbling blocks.
