Getting to Know Alta

When I marked my 15th anniversary as a certified personal trainer, I took the time to acknowledge that I am blessed to have worked with thousands of amazing women. This is my career, and I LOVE IT! 

 

At the age of 43, I was thrust into medical menopause. I learned firsthand the struggles so many older women go through. It was then I decided I wanted to play, feel confident in what I wanted to wear, and delay or avoid lifestyle-related diseases.

 

Mostly I want to do whatever I want, whenever I want, and not be limited by my body. It’s important to me to help other women to do the same!
